Toast to 1978 - Festival Blog, Day 1*
[Hundred Toasts]
In my interpretation the performance's intention was to celebrate the togetherness of audience and performer, to recall that sense of celebration that theatre means for many, and which seems to be on the decline nowadays (at least that's what many say).

Even though it talked about some dark moments in history and I only know of these memories through my grandparents’ lens, I still felt the nostalgia of ‘Yes, that is familiar!’
