Peer Gynt
Henrik Ibsen
The hero of Ibsen’s “Peer Gynt” is restless, searching for proper opportunities, willing to learn but still mortal, searching for answers to fundamental questions. Ibsen’s poetical-philosophical universe is transposed into complex theatrical language, where dance, music and dialogue blend. The story, placed at the crossroads of dream and reality, promises an unusual theatrical experience, due to the harmony of expressive imagery, sounds, movement and acting.
